Language Access Notice

Tell us your preferred written and spoken language. If your buyer-representation, mortgage, or related transaction terms are negotiated primarily in Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Korean, California law may require translated versions of covered contracts or disclosures before you sign. If a covered language is selected or identified, cahbi will pause covered document signing until the language-access workflow is completed.
